Cook and Collen: Man-Raze Kind of Guys

According to rollingstone.com, Phil Collen of Def Leppard and Paul Cook of the Sex Pistols have been working on a project called Man-Raze (C&C Music Factory was taken). The group includes Simon Laffy from a previous group of Collen's called Girl. This is what Collen has to say about their sound: "It's a mix.... We go from really hard rock, with obviously big guitars, to dub. I was always into the alternative stuff, a very big fan of the Police. And this is edgy -- a lot more aggressive than Def Leppard." If Cook isn't careful, he might replace Glen Matlock as the most Advanced member of the Sex Pistols.
