Radiohead Camera-Free Video, Plus Footloose Soundtrack Remake

From my new favorite commenter:

More Radiohead advancement!! No cameras were used to make their new music video.

also, someone has recorded a remake of the entire Footloose soundtrack.

Wow, I can't decide which is more advanced. Good stuff.

For Radiohead, a camera-free video seems a bit overt. I think doing a video a la Meatloaf's "I would do anthing for love (but I won't do that)" would be pretty advanced.

if its not advanced than it at least qualifies as the work of an advanced irritant. not releasing a physical cd . . . and then not releasing a traditional music video with real camera?

Perhaps our immediate reaction is to call it overt. This also seems in line with Radiohead's inner genius - this technology is not supposed to be used in this way. Radiohead has made music videos involving a 3D animation ("pyramid song"). This upcoming video advances beyond that.

Predictable would be making the video with playing cards that fomed houses.

Overt would be using anime characters who glued themselves together and made houses with their bodies.

But many many many laser beams to form Radiohead (who are already advanced beings) (without 3D computer animation or the use of a camera?). I would call that advanced.

I like the way you think. I'll have to reconsider..

Not sure I agree Radiohead are 'advanced beings.' I always considered them overt, and therefore not capable of being advanced irritants. I cannot think of anything Radiohead have done in the past to qualify them as advanced rather than overt.

you just think they're overt because you haven't advanced.
