Are You Ready for Some Advancement?
There's not much to report this morning, so I thought I'd mention something that has been on my mind for a little while: the extremely impressive band Hank Williams Jr. put together to play the Monday Night Football opener this year. It includes Rick Nielsen, Steven Van Zandt; Little Richard, Bernie Worrell (from Parliament Funkadelic), Charlie Daniels, and Clarence Clemons. I'm not sure, but I believe that if Warren Zevon were still alive, he would have been a rowdy friend too.

Not to mention Joe Perry (of Joe Perry Project fame) and what does Bocephus mean anyway? I saw something that's been bothering me. It was Bocephus and Kid Rock and Tanya Tucker and James Hetfield and Lynyrd Skynyrd and a bunch of other people onstage singing Family Tradition and then at the end Bocephus mooned the audience. I hope the NFL is okay with this kind of behavior.
A legend of this magnitude singing with that group......then mooning the audience???????
Advanced behavior indeed.
