- Yoko Ono is suing EMI for $10 million. She will be giving the money to the Ono Okoy charity.
- Peter Gabriel has encouraged people to remix "Shock the Monkey" by releasing separate tracks of the original recording. What, no "Biko"?
- Michael Jackson is heading back to the studio with the help of the Black Eyed Peas. On a related note, the Black Eyed Peas will now be called the Used to Be Black Eyed Peas. (Jealous?)
- Patti Smith has perfected a spitting technique for silencing hecklers. Let's just say that I'm not that surprised that she's had a lot of experience with hecklers.
- Sting says that contemporary rock music is boring. You have to listen to other people's music too, Sting! (Just kidding. As the previous post indicates, I now realize that Sting rules.)
